We operate three dedicated feed production facilities that supply all of our seven farms. The feed is produced exclusively for internal use and is not available for sale.
The seven pig farms where we raise our animals form the core of our pig-farming operations. Some of the farms are technologically integrated and structured into breeding units, fattening units and a nucleus unit, where genetic management work is carried out.
In the breeding farms, piglets are born and raised to approximately 35 kg. They are then transferred to specialised fattening farms. At some sites, the entire production cycle is carried out at a single location. In the nucleus unit, we develop and maintain our own genetic stock, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
All farms are situated in Bulgaria’s main grain-producing regions, enabling efficient feed supply and minimising raw material transportation costs.
