The enterprise comprises a slaughterhouse and a fresh pork cutting facility, located in the industrial zone of Targovishte. Under the umbrella of Ruse Meat Processing Plant, there is a second facility — the meat cutting plant in Lovech.
Our facility in Targovishte specialises in the slaughter and primary processing of pigs. It was modernised and commissioned in 2023. In keeping with our ambition to excel at what we do, the slaughterhouse is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The installation includes gas stunning technology, enabling the production of pork carcasses with consistently high meat quality. The processes are mechanised and organised around a fully automated slaughter line.
